Spaghetti Sauce

• 1 lb. ground beef, browned, drained, salt & peppered

  (you can add chopped onions if wanted)

  1 large can tomato juice

  1 8 oz. can tomato sauce

  ½ cup catsup

  1 T basil

  ½ tsp celery salt

  1 tsp chili powder

  1 tsp garlic salt

  2 tsp oregano

  1 tsp paprika

  1 T parsley

  ½ tsp thyme

  Mix all ingredients & bring to a boil.  

  Turn down and simmer 1 ¼ hour.
