Mac-n-Cheese

- 4 T butter3 T flour4 C milk1 ½ C shredded sharp cheddar½ C shredded parmesan½ box Barilla shell noodlesPreheat oven to 350°Melt butter, whisk in flour to make rouxAdd milk and keep whiskingBring to boil and let thickenAdd shredded cheddar (do not whisk, it will stick)Add shredded parmesanMix in boiled noodlesBake at 350° for 30 minutes
