- Ingredients6 Lg eggs3 C milk1 C sugar1 tsp vanilla½ tsp salt1 ½ C cooked rice1 C light raisins (optional)DirectionsBreak eggs into a 2-quart buttered casserole; beat slightly with a forkAdd milk, sugar, vanilla and saltBlend wellStir in rice and raisinsSet casserole in pan of waterBake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes, stirring once after ½ hour of baking
