Amazing Buttermilk Pancakes

- ½ C butter, melted and cooled2 ½ C flour, spooned and leveled¼ C sugar1 tsp salt2 tsp baking soda2 tsp baking powder2 C buttermilk½ C milk2 lg eggsAdd the butter to a bowl and microwave to melt. Set aside to cool.In a second bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, and baking powder.Add the eggs, milk, and buttermilk to the butter. Add the buttermilk mixture to the dry ingredients.Scoop the batter using a half cup measurement. (Optional: drop blueberries – or other filling – on top right away.) When bubbles on top start to form, flip the pancakes. They should be a nice golden brown. Continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes until they are golden on both sides.
