Potato Soup

- 3 C peeled, chopped potatoes1 C water½ C celery slices½ C carrots, sliced¼ C chopped onion1 tsp parsley1 chicken bouillon cube½ tsp salt1 ½ C milk1 T flour½ pound American Cheese, dicedIn a large saucepan, combine potatoes, water, celery, carrots, onion, parsley,bouillon cube and seasoning.Mix well, cover; simmer 15-20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.Add milk to flour, mixing until well blended.Add milk mixture to vegetables; cook until thickened.Add cheese and stir until melted.Makes 6-8 servings.
